Applied online for Customer Service Rep position. After I meet the minimum standards, I was invited to complete an interview with a staffing manager. Upon arrival, I was directed to complete an application and shortly thereafter performed a typing test and interviewed for the position. About a week later, I was invited to attend an orientation wherein policies and procedures were explained, paper work was completed, and drug test form was furnished. Forty-eight hours was the window of time provided to complete the drug test--which was done by an outside contractor.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Staff Management SMX (Chicago, IL) en avr. 2012

I was contacted by a recruiter either by email or phone. When I spoke to her we talked in depth about the needs of the position, which was onsite with a major client. They had good recruiters but none of them had the customer/client management experience to report staffing level issues and be a daily liaison that could maintain the account. That of course was my background and strength before I became a recruiter. I guess a week or so later I got to speak with the regional manager but I guess want able to sell her on moving from a straight recruiter onsite rep because I wasn't invited to move forward for that role.
