I was approached by a nice HR on LinkedIn who wanted to onboard me/dev. on a US school management project. For which i got interviewed on skype for that. And the interview was less about technical questions and more about previous projects which i explained well. which was not bad however, the guy interviewing me was not that experienced i could tell and i wouldn't say it was bad or good. just very neutral experience as they wanted someone to setup and handle from code arch. level. and currently was in beginning stages. He seemed impressed with me but didn't catch up after that which is strange.
