Panel of interviewers containing leadership and current staff members, interview done remotely on teams, open format, some performance based questions, somewhat formal but staff was easy to talk to. Heard back same day being offered the position.

I was contacted by a recruiter by phone before I met with leaders of department in person. There was about a week time frame between both interactions. It took about two weeks for a final response from them about the position.
