Very unprofessional recruiting experience. The interview was canceled only two hours before the scheduled time, after I had already prepared for it. There was no prior communication or warning. Last-minute cancellations like this reflect poor internal coordination and a lack of respect for candidates. I understand that hiring decisions can change, but the way this was handled was not acceptable. I would not recommend applying here unless the recruiting process is improved.
