Submitted my resume through my college's online job portal and got an email a few days later for an interview. In the first interview I met with the IT Director and he was absolutely friendly and inviting, made the process extremely comfortable and eased any nervousness I had. It was a three hour interview; the questions were mostly behavioral and geared towards getting to know me as a person. There was a short test about my knowledge in SQL so that caught me off guard a little bit, but it wasn't too hard. At the end of the interview, I got to tour around the facility and meet some employees. Roughly a week or two later, I got an email saying they wanted to do a second interview. This time around, I met with the HR lady and briefly told myself about her. When I met the IT Director again, we were mostly talking about job expectations, salary, scheduling etc. There was a much more technical test in SQL where I had to write out a bunch of queries in 30 minutes but it wasn't intimidating at all since I was allowed to use the internet. By the end of the interview, I was filling out HR paperwork and was basically told I got the job.
