Entretien
It was done in group with other volunteer applicants seated in a conference type venue comfortably. The questions were provided at one time and the applicants responded one by one answering all the questions each.The interview was light and relaxing. Since it is volunteering job it was done in a simple and friendly manner. It was conducive to share and there was no time pressure at all.
