The interview went well. I had a phone screening with one of the case managers and he invited me to an interview in person. The questions were straight forward and it was an easy interview. I decided to follow up as I have not heard from them in 2 weeks. I received no response and was ghosted. I 100% understand that they may have found someone who fit the role better than I have but I do believe it is unprofessional to ghost someone. Especially when they made time out of their day to travel to their office for an interview. all you gotta do is say "hey thanks for following up, unfortunately we have decided not to move forward with you."
