Entretien
The initial phase of the interview process commences with a preliminary screening conducted by the designated recruiting executive. This stage entails a thorough evaluation of the candidate's professional experience, including their proficiency in relevant technologies, as well as an inquiry into their expected remuneration package. Subsequently, the candidate progresses to the subsequent interview stages, which entail an in-depth assessment conducted by a team member or team lead with expertise in the project or technology in question. This evaluation typically involves a problem-solving exercise on the candidate's preferred integrated development environment (IDE), executed through screen sharing, as well as a series of related questions. Following this stage, the candidate undergoes two successive rounds of behavioural and managerial assessments with the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Technology Officer (CTO), or even the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the organization. These discussions provide candidates with valuable insights into their prospective role within the organization and its prevailing work culture. Finally, the remuneration package discussion takes place with the designated Human Resources (HR) lead, culminating in a final offer to the candidate.
