After reading all the existing glassdoor reviews about interview process, I still want to give the interview chance to squareboat. What i found, They will just waist your precious time or nothing else as mentioned by other candidates. I have faced the same situation which was defined by other candidates. It would be better if you can give priorities to other interviews. They wasted my 2 weeks in this.

Applied on Cutshort and HR contacted over the call. HR shared detailed information about company and it was a good experience as a screening call. 1st round was a f2f technical round on Google meets. The interviewer was a junior developer who had less work experience than me!!! I wonder why cant an experienced or a senior developer take the interview. I felt the 40 minutes interview like a college viva, rather than an interview discussion. He asked to solve an easy array question on any IDE. Then he asked multiple questions related to NodeJs, ReactJs, Js, SQL like a rapid fire round. There was no discussion related any question, no development skills assessed. It was like getting judged by how good you can by heart the theory questions. Not a single question about my current work experience and from my resume was asked. I would prefer interviews where the interviewer goes into depth of each question, asks related cross questions, continues the topic and makes it feel like a discussion to assess the actual development knowledge, rather than an interview having multiple theory questions like a viva. Got the rejection email next day. Thanks to HR for spending some time to email the decision and not ghosting.
