They scheduled my onsite interview. When I reached a bit late HR said that our founder is in a meeting. So I want to know where are all other tech team members. Is only founder responsible for tech interviews?
Suggestion for Management :-
Don't waste soemeone's time. FYI it's an onsite interview people can be a bit late or reach before time.
- Don't go for this company as you can judge their tech team efficiency because nobody is unable to take my interview except founder.
- They are working with Hackr.io in a house in basement . Even they don't have any seperator between these two startups.

The interview was a mess and not arranged properly. HR response is even worse. Once I schedule my flight ticket, they suddenly called me and said the interview is reschedules.
