Interview was done in 4 rounds. In the first round, the candidate was tested if he/she was culturally fit and was introduced to the work the company does.
In the second round, a questionnaire and activity was given to test the candidate's MS Excel proficiency.
In the 3rd round (onsite), basic mathematics, reasoning, English etc was tested.
In the 4th and final round, the candidate was asked questions about business operations.
