The interview consisted of meeting with the store manager and assistant manager. After a series of routine questions about my experience and knowledge-check, I was able to speak with the regional director. I was offered a job on the spot and accepted.

There was a phone screen, an in person interview and then the offer. Overall the interviews were fair and good questions. I could tell the Company was interested in my personal connection with the brand.

Took around 20 minutes. HR Manager did not use full employment history of many successes. Jotted a few figures down and offered a lower position even though has 20+ years of director experience.
