Recruiter was very nice they did a great job. Some of the engineers were nice, the rest were very condescending and rude, did not come prepared to my interview. Had to wait two weeks for a decision and "feedback" on my results. Was told they wanted someone with more "app ownership experience", even though I have plenty, and this was not information that wasn't known before my 3 hour interview.

recruiter intro call schedule a tech screen. recruiter was tight lipped on what the interview would cover. tech screen: talk about a technical project, design a cupcake ordering app, find the intersection of two unsorted lists, then of two sorted lists.

Conversation with recruiter. Easy first technical round with a bakery system design. 3.5 hours of final interview with panel - 2 hours of system design and an hour of behavioral/coffee chat, and another 30 mins with the HR. Too many system design questions. The interviewers are not helpful at all.

An extremely daunting interview made better by an awesome recruiter. Lots of system design - this matters more for senior roles. I think I went through 5 total system design interviews. The last system design interview was so weird for me. I'd say my performance was definitely influenced negatively by one of the interviewers. He spoke extremely fast, slurring and blending his words into each other and had an accent. Not really his fault but wouldn't using another interviewer be better? I couldn't understand the problem he was explaining well and every time I asked him a clarifying question, I got more confused.
