Original contact by senior recruiter via email to schedule a 30 min phone call with junior recruiter. Neither confirm nor email reminder that were mentioned ever came. First half of the call was a commercial for the company. Second half was about me, with a " tell me about a time when" question. She was very pleasant but clearly going through the motions. I sent a followup email sharing a little more info and thanking her for the call that was never acknowledged and 3 days later got a form "we're not interested" email. I took the time to write this because I like Sprout, I use the product, and I know people who work for the company. I want to remind the company that there are people on the other end of this process and you should treat them as such.
