* Manager Interview - Describe your management style and how you will do 2 jobs for the price of one.
* Technical Screen building an entire solution that is production ready. Tricks are within.
* Email with moving forward or not

Question 1
* Describe how you can do 2 jobs, both manager and engineer and love it.
* Technical Screen: build an entire API that is production ready in a few hours. There are tricks within the template projects around security.
Half hour call with recruiter, very positive and assured my next interview will be within a week, then completely ghosted.
3 months later they reach out to me again for the same role, half hour call with recruiter, positive again with a description of what interview to expect next - receive email in a few days that they're restructuring and the role no longer exists.
Much improved recruiter, but still not a serious company. Would not recommend wasting your time

Entretien
The interview was very conversational, mostly about leadership philosophy. The technical interview was essentially trivia questions. The questions had "no wrong answers." They look for three things: culture fit, tech skills match and leadership skills match.
