J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Sprinto en avr. 2026

It was a 4 round interview. Starting with HR screening round, followed by 2 manager rounds and finally founders round. Every round was engaging and genuinly interesting to sit through. Best was the founders round, as Raghav allowed me have an open discussion with him like a fellow founder.

Telephonic round with HR, followed by Round 1 with Product Head. However, it took them a lot of time to revert after round 1 due to staff unavailability. Overall, process was alright.

Interview process took over to a month, it barely had 4 rounds. After the hiring manager round I was given a take home assignment to build a feature in their existing product in 4 days. Overdelivered on the assignment, followed up with an assignment review round and another further assignment product sense round. And finally a round with the CEO for culture fitment which went on for an hour and 45 mins late night. The whole process was unnecessarily long and bloated, had multiple reschedules. By the end of it I was frustrated and ready to accommodate even if I was sick on a late night (I know my mistake). Got rejected without decent feedback having spent a month in the process and close to 40 hours preparing the assignment and learning about the product, market and company. Realised this was probably for the best, if the team couldn't figure out my culture fitment, my value-add after 4 rounds, a detailed assignment with documentation and prototype and wasting a month. Lost faith in the system all together. So, just reworked the assignment sent it across to a few places and bagged 2 awesome freelancing gigs within a week. So, yeah the system is cracked, have faith in yourself. Keep your head down and keep pushing.
My 2 cents - Don't put too much efforts, the team lacks the structured process and an eye to recognise it. Seemed very crass about interviewee's time and efforts, had to follow up multiple times to schedule stuff, get updates. Don't be too hard on your self , keeping focusing on other decent opportunities and treat this as a practice interview process.

Question 1
Design some feature in the product. Actually a good assignment, so be a good practice for you to go through it.
