I had a phone interview followed by a two hour in person interview with three directors and the hiring manager. After the interview I sent an email to each of the interviewers as well as the HR contact. I had thought the interview went well, however I never received any communication back. After three weeks I emailed the HR contact and still no communication back. I didn't think that Springs was this kind of company but as with other reviews on this site it is typical that they do not feel the need to communicate and i feel fortunate that I did not take an offer from them if this is the way they treat their prospective employees. Highly disappointing.
