Submitted a paper application to HR and received a call within two weeks. When I was hired you had to take the Criticall computer test but they have moved to a different test now. I'm not sure what all it entails. Dress nice for the interview. It's not 3-piece suit nice, but business casual is expected. It is a panel interview with 4+ people interviewing you. It's fairly laid back and the questions aren't hard. They may be hard on you in the interview but everyone is laid back and easy going in real life. They're great people to work with.
