A very streamlined process I would assume by how fast I got an interview after being contacted by a recruiter. My annoyance in this process was that they reached out to me and I am sure in some way expect timely responses so they can move on with their process. I interviewed with someone who would essentially be my direct manager and spoke with her approximately 30 minutes. I believe the interview was extremely generic and too much time was spent going over the role, pay, and 'growth' versus actually getting to know me as a potential candidate. I assume that's reflected in the fact that I didn't hear back from them even though the manager specifically stated that I would know by end of week next steps in the process since there would be 2-3 more interviews with other managers and team members: she also had the nerve to say " Its cruel when companies don't reach back out" ..its been 2 weeks since I've interviewed and not even the decency to respond to my follow up email. This is usually a good representation of the company as a whole in how their leadership decides to follow up...or not.
