I had five individual interviews with varying departments. The first two were with employees who would be a part of the team I was hoping to join and the last two were a part of an adjacent clinical team. The last two asked the same questions. After a several week-long process and five hours worth of my time, I received a generic denial email. This was fairly frustrating.
