I had four interview in total. The process took OVER A MONTH! Like other candidates, the company ghosted me for a week or two. I had four different interview and phone assessment and *ONE MONTH LATER* They send me an email saying; the team's feedback is positive but there was some changes in the role and they need to discuss further. That was way over 6 months ago and I still haven't heard anything from them. I guess this is a new way to reject candidates these days.

I have never experienced anything so unprofessional. I interviewed about a month for this position strung along just to not be offered the position which I wasn't upset but it was very demoralizing

Why would I want to leave a small call center for a bigger environment which I stated in the beginning of the interview about my experience? I would not refer my worst enemy to this company

I felt rushed through the interview and wasn’t given enough time to fully answer questions and about time the interviewer stated that she would pass along my application to the department the job was already posted.
