Had HR screen followed by a technical round.
Strange thing is, technical round went really well and I answered all the questions correctly. Both interviewer and I could see that I was a really good fit for the role. It was that obvious. Yet, did not get called for further rounds. Obviously, there was no feedback.
I think it could be because of two reasons:
1) The person conducting the technical round is also a Sr Data Science Manager and I believe that person is eliminating all the strong candidates so that she does not have competition within the company.
2) Spring Health is not really hiring but they are trying to find answers for tough data science problems. So, they are using interviews as an excuse to get that information from external candidates.
