J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Spring Health
Entretien
Poor interview setup with another person who has same position and started job few months ago. Usually you talk to hiring manager on first interview. but hey I gave benefit of doubt and came to interview in good faith. an interviewer treated me like I'm a kid without experience and asking strange questions with obvious answers, interrupting question by question. Injecting technical system design question in last 10 mins of interview, Seemed like he felt insecure about his position. He came to interview without any genuine interest and made up mind. I think they are looking for submissive "yes man" kinda strong robots. If your respect yourself and strong engineer or product owner and care about work culture more than paycheck, don't waste your time interviewing here. it's classic illusion they create with "morally good mission" product with shallow people. Most negative reviews here are probably true, lesson learned, should've done more research. Don't let them make you feel bad and harass you during interview. When I asked simple questions about company culture and mission, he kept answering with generic answers and distract the topic. also changing interview course from what originally planned. I can tell this company is building cutthroat and toxic culture. It's really shame, good mission but bad culture usually makes short term mediocre products at best.

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Spring Health (New York, NY) en janv. 2023

Process was lengthy but the recruiter always pulled through when I needed. Interviews were a bit repetitive. I enjoyed meeting all the team and the interviewers seemed to be unbiased and interested in what I had to say. Most of the interviews were more conversational which I thought was a better way to get a read on someone.
