Literally the absolute worst experience I’ve had in 43 years on the planet. There’s one guy I think it’s the ceo or something who interrupted me every 3 minutes. I couldn’t actually even get through a response to his question without him jumping in. It was the most absurd thing I’ve experienced. That person runs the entire interview and they were both panels with multiple people on them. The other people quite literally just sat there. They never asked me one question. Also he was taking phone calls during my responses, which is so disrespectful. You are selling shoes, you’re not a brain surgeon on call. What couldn’t wait for a few minutes? Then after going to the HQ for a second round I was ghosted. Honestly if they would’ve offered me the role I would have declined.
