I never got to interview. I was scheduled for a phone screening and literally one minute before our scheduled time I received an email stating they were moving forward with a different candidate. This was after I had taken time to give 2 weeks worth of availability, and THEY scheduled the screening, and I received a reminder of the appointment the same day. Have some respect and professionalism to notify me sooner. I had to pay for childcare for my son to make sure I plus be available and present fully for this.

Recruiter reached out immediately after applying but took two weeks to reply. Ignored a follow-up email with a basic logistical question about the job Every single one of my interviewers including the recruiter was 10+ minutes late. The one that was twenty minutes late said they would reach out to coordinate a reschedule to give a fair opportunity but then auto-rejected instead
