The hiring & interview process is a very casual one. Questions are fairly similar to what you would see at many interviews. First interview is a way to introduce you to the culture of the business, second interview is with the hiring manager for the department and third interview is with the company leadership. Questions are not difficult. Process does take a week or two.

According to my research, Spreetail almost exclusively employees young employees. Interviewer attempted to justify how young employees fit the "fun" culture. Check out company photos for proof. A turn off and wouldn't recommend.

Entretien
I had two interviewers. Lots of behavioral and creative questions. Were really interested in what I had to say and very laid-back. Also received a tour of the office right at the beginning, which was great.

Entretien
The interview consisted of a phone interview, panel interview and sample work assignment to present at the final interview. Everyone was very professional and helpful in answering any questions I had.
