The Spreetail crew was warm and inviting--albeit thorough and rigorous--throughout the hiring process. Although the team doesn't take the hiring process lightly, they are light and kind, which made me, as an interviewee, feel challenged yet comfortable. The first interview is a 20-30- minute-long phone interview. Thereafter, there is another hour-long in-person panel interview, followed by a third and final hour-long interview, including a ten-minute-long work sample presentation. The questions are often behavioral, i.e., "tell me a time when..." Be prepared, research the company, and speak from your heart.

The phone interview is a basic run-down on the position, they ask about salary expectancy right away, and let you know it's long hours. They ask more focused questions about yourself, your goals and career expectations.
