      I originally applied to a different position but received an email response asking me if I would consider the customer experience specialist position. My first interview was over the phone and wasn't planned as an interview, I had responded to the email saying I'd be interested in hearing about the position. After the Spreetail employee called me to tell me about the position they jumped right into an interview. I then was asked to come into the office for a second interview. Upon arrival I had to wait a long time before being greeted at the front desk (no one was there) and then I had to wait longer for the interview to start because they weren't prepared with a room. I also would note that there was an hour long test to take after the interview that they don't warn you about. It definitely seemed as though they didn't respect my time. The in person interview itself was interesting... I would say my overall first impressions with Spreetail were not good. I did end up accepting the position because I did a lot of research on the organization and think there is a lot of opportunity here, but I was very hesitant to accept their request and as I'm starting the new position I would say I am moving forward hesitantly.

      Entretien

      Easy, they will hire anyone with a pulse. It is the easiest interview I have ever had. Read the company mantra before hand and have it pulled up during your interview. Easy.

      After I applied, I had to submit a typing test, and once that was accepted a phone interview was set up. After our phone interview, we set up a panel interview where I presented a presentation. Overall, the entire process was probably a 3-4 week process. My recruiter was very efficient and responded to my emails quickly. She kept me in the loop the whole process. Although long, the entire process was really good.

      Some questions that were asked was about strengths, weaknesses, etc. The majority of the questions were about giving examples of times that I handled certain situations.

      1st Interview was over the phone, basic questions to get to know you; 2nd Interview was in person with work sample and relating it back to the company culture and mantra
