First stage speak to the recruiter, next to the hiring manager and third stage is a project stage. The project I was informed would take no longer than 30 minutes, this was misleading. There were about a dozen a questions which required in depth knowledge of their products which is ridiculous to expect candidates to know about. It was a waste of time and would not recommend

Recruiter was timely, prompt and asked good questions. It was clear they were reading a script the entire interview but besides that, they explained the role well and answered questions I had. The recruiter let me know they would follow up in a couple of days, which they did. I was moved forward to the next round of interviews, but I let them know the job wasn't a good fit for me and the recruiter responded thoughtfully and wished me well.
