However, after the onsite interview, I waited for three weeks and didn't receive any updates. Finally, I wrote to the recruiter and received a 'no-reply' email from some automatic tool, stating that they "did not identify your profile as a match." After spending six hours on their interview process, I would have expected a more personal approach.
