Twice now I've been reached out to from Spotify about a role that was available, and twice now I've gone through and followed their steps to schedule an initial phone call. Both times, they never called me. When I tried to email them about it, I got a bounce back saying email was not sent. Shockingly unprofessional and a completely frustrating experience all around.

Most disappointing part was that the hiring manager said they will follow up with next steps and then after a week they tell you there were better matches. I actually would have appreciated feedback on why they have changed their mind.
