I first had an interview with a recruiter who was fantastic. She kept me updated throughout the entire process and walked through the cadence: 3 strings of separate interviews hiring manager and then two other directors based in EU. one final project to prep and present.

Super unprofessional in short. HR reaches out, schedules an interview, then ghosts - no response as I sit waiting for the interview call or for a response to my follow up email. Why bother reaching out and scheduling an interview just to waste the candidate's time, and not even have the courtesy to cancel/decline/let them know ?
