Got contacted by a recruiter through linkedin when finishing my studies. First part involved understanding my interests, personality and my reasons to join Spotify. After this phase, I had another skype interview with one of the team leads in the data infrastructure team to see which area I could feel more attracted to. Once decided, another phase was scheduled by the recruiter with an engineer which involved solving a trivial of various technical questions which covered mostly from basic CS, linux, distributed systems, network concepts, etc.. Later on, after a couple of weeks I was notified, that although the test was fine, they decided to continue with other candidates.
