3 to 4 rounds recruiter, multiple team rounds, hiring manager both virtual and onsite took about 2 months for the entire process to complete. Not very technical as it was an operations role.

Really solid but long process. Multiple interviews (6+) throughout a day. Even so, really great impression of the recruiter and leaders.
- Practice the star method properly!
- For this position the case was quite easy
- really structured with proper and quick feedback

Entretien
I had an initial call with the talent person which went really well and was more of a chat than an interview. I was impressed to be asked what I was looking for in my career and manager, rather than sole focus being on what I could offer the company. Despite it going so well, I was told I’d hear within 2 days but heard after 2 weeks that they’d gone with another candidate
Very positive interview experience the team was thorough, communicated feedback and informed me of the status of the process following each interview. Although I was not offered the position I felt that my time was well spent valued.
