Long interview process that took several weeks. However, had a great experience with several Spotify interviewers who were very welcoming and friendly. Lots of competency questions to test my knowledge on: vision, strategy, leadership, team work, company values and the domain.
3 rounds. Phone screen with recruiter, convo with hiring manager, final round was 3 additional conversations with the team. Questions centered on previous experience, working with data, product strategy, etc.
