Started with a phone screen with the recruiter, followed by a video call with the Hiring Manager, followed by a 90 min interview with three senior members of the team. About 7 days between each. Was overall a good experience until the very end. They sent an email congratulating me on being a finalist, saying that I should be very proud that I achieved that - and that if I wanted more feedback to reach out. I took them up on their offer for more feedback and the response was a template. I understand going with another candidate, this isn't my first rejection and won't be my last, but the lack of detail/feedback after so much time invested was hugely disappointing and speaks really poorly to Spotify in my opinion.
