HR team quite disorganized and took a very long time to get back to me. I was interviewed twice for 2 different roles and actually the second time they didn't even get back to me.

What experience do you have with managing content creators?
4 rounds. Seemed excessive. Took about a month I found another job on the time didn’t get the offer. This was before layoffs so that may have been a part of it
Informal friendly interview with a lot of personal questions. Genuine interest in my background, experience and interests. Recruiter ghosted during the process. went through multiple rounds and then never heard anything.
It was very typical and a smooth process. There were several rounds of interviews with multiple people over the span of six or seven weeks. The process was as transparent as possible, and there was a clear timeline on when they'd get back to you.
