A recruiter (from an agency embedded into Spotify recruitment team) reached out to me on Linkedin, stating that your resume is impressive and we you really match with our role. I said I'm interested while I'm not actively or even casually looking for new opportunities. They send me an interview link to my calendar.
I had 2 bad experiences:
1- After the HR interview, they sent me a rejection email stating that "your resume was not good for our role".
So funny :)
2- The interview was not so friendly. I understand that people might not be in mood for sharing they face on camera, but it's doesn't sound professional (to me) the recruiter not turning on camera in remote interviews. Also, the recruiter interrupted me many times while I was answering her questions very straigh-forward. Looked like they knew everything about me.
From a company like Spotify, such improfessional manner was not expected. Work with better agencies ;)
