Entretien
The process was quite intensive but pretty well defined.
1. Initial call with a recruiter to discuss background, experience, current position, expectations and more.
2. Interview with the hiring manager to check background, expertise, current role, expectations, cover specific examples about the role. In this case it was about leadership criteria, management scenarios and a little bit about technology.
3. Informal lunch with the team you will be part of. A great chance to get to know them and ask questions.
4. On site interview covering different aspects.
A: System design and technical discussion.
B: Leadership criteria
C: Project & Product management
D: Values and cultural fit.

Entretien
First call with a recruiter was very short. The recruiter was first 5 min late and then it was over after 10 min. They only hardly asked any questions and then said thank you, no chance to elaborate.

it was one screening call, then one hiring manager interview, and then a round of five final virtual interviews - two product interviews, then two engineering interview, and one values round.
