Was sent automated email to do a Cubiks test which consisted of two rounds, an untimed round of behavioural questions and a timed round of IQ test like questions. First round was a series of repetitive behavioural questions with no context; same question asked with different phrasing 5 times. Second round was split in three 4minute exercise sheets of approx 16 questions each. First language, second math, third shape exercises. Aced 2/3 of the rounds, run out of time in 1. All in all recruiting felt very pseudo-intelectual, kinda like doing a Meyers Briggs test. Automated email to say they went on with other candidates 2 days later. Honestly disappointing experience and wasn't worth any effort put into it. Not sure a human even got to see my application.
