I applied, heard nothing for four weeks and then got a call from a recruiter at work. He thought I knew the call was going to happen (I wasn't informed of this at all so I wasn't prepared and didn't have time to speak either). He didn't even let me say that though, once he heard that I wasn't aware of the call he put the phone down within a minute. A week later I got a rejection email without any further correspondence in between. I won't be applying again.
