First interview with recruiter was great. Received an email stating that they found an internal employee to work the territory. But the recruiter told me he would stay in touch because he thought I would be a great addition to Spot On. A month and half later I get an email stating that the territory is now open again and he wanted move forward with the interview process AGAIN. So I quickly had my second interview with the regional manager and then a third interview with the VP. I thought both went well and happy that both interviews moved quickly. A week later I get the dreaded thank you for your time blah blah, but we are moving forward with another candidate. So basically I was strung along and wasted my time and energy with this company. Corporate America.

The interview process was very smooth. They started with a preliminary interview with a very knowledgeable recruiter, then I interviewed with my future Area Sales Manager,and then a final interview with my regional VP. Good responsiveness, the whole process took around 2 to 3 weeks to complete.
