Doug in the interview seemed nice and proessional but the reality is far away. He says that the minimum wage is 10 and if you achieve some goals you can make around 15-20 per hour but this is no true. Some of the locations where you have to work are 30 milles away and he doesnt pay for the gas. During the photoshot you have to deal with kids from 7- 13 years old and sometimes is a mess because you dont have an assistant.
