Applied online. Got emailed tomeo days later for an interview. Had some work experience from a previous job therefore found it easy to answer questions. The questions were easy anyway. Dressed casual, whilst everyone wore dresses and suits. (However I dressed smart, but just not formal.) The interview was very cool and laid back. It's not scary at all!.
