J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Sports Direct
Entretien
Very short interview. Asked about previous experience, why I wanted to work there, my availability and something interesting about myself.
I got an email to say that I had been accepted and then went on to do an induction.
However, after 2 shifts I had to stop working there as they were trying to make me work hours outside of my availability when I specifically made it clear before my first shift that I was unable to work nights. They said that they were only taking new people on who could work late but this wasn't made clear to me in the interview.
Also, the way things were run by management wasn't professional at all. The weekly rota gets posted on a whatsapp group, which is where everything is discussed amongst staff but not everyone uses whatsapp.

It was easy. Was asked some question about myself then about some past work history and if I would be willing to work in a fast paced environment. I was given a question to sell subscriptions and add-ons in live scenario
Casual chat, simple, nothing difficult, straightforward questions, mainly wanting someone with good availability, good team player, flexible, enthusiastic, outgoing and a people's person.
Very relaxed, chilled and jokey overall experience.
