I had an amazing experience interviewing with Spoonflower. It started when I received a personal email from the recruiting manager, Monica, acknowledging receipt of my application, and stating they would be in touch soon. I was given the opportunity to have a phone interview with Monica and had a great conversation. She did a fantastic job walking me through the company's history and explaining the need for the role based on where the company was going with the growth they have experienced over the last year. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire conversation and I felt an incredible vibe on the culture at Spoonflower based on my conversation with her. She was honest about the timing of the position, and her transparency was refreshing. At the end of the conversation, she told me the day that she would follow up regarding the next steps of the process, and offered for me to email, call or text at any time should I have any additional questions. I felt extremely valued as a candidate by the amount of support I received from her. Ultimately, I did not get selected to move forward with the next round of interviews, but I will absolutely keep Spoonflower on my radar for future opportunities. If they care for their candidates this way, I can only imagine the support their team gets as well.
