Gave them resume at a career fair, heard back from HR within a week. I was asked 4 or 5 really basic questions -- like REALLY basic technical questions. I received a notification the next day saying that they wanted to continue through the interview process with me. Within 3 days I had another phone interview. This phone interview was conducted by one of the founders! At first I was a bit intimidated that the co-founder was the one interviewing me. He asked several technical medium/difficult questions -- they were those questions that don't have a single answer, but they want to see how you think kind. HR replied the following week. So 2 interviews -- pretty short and sweet. 2 weeks in duration. Very positive interview experience.
