Our remote, flexible, autonomous working style is very appealing to many, but we understand that this can be challenging for some, especially if you’re used to more traditional, in-house work environments. The autonomy can feel disconcerting for new folks as they settle in, and working async/remote may feel a little lonely compared to an in-person team, but many find that the flexibility and freedom are well worth it in the end.
