I applied for a data entry position at Spoke Design Labs via Wellfound. I was shortlisted and given a data entry assignment, with a strict 24-hour deadline. After submitting and passing the assignment, I had a 15–20 minute interview with the founder, Mr. Aggrawal. The conversation focused on getting to know me and the details of the role. A few days later, I was informed that they decided not to move forward with my candidacy.
