J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Splunk (San Francisco, CA) en nov. 2015

The process was pretty quick. I applied through university. First was asked to do a very simple coding problem on Codility and then a 30-minute phone screen. Later, get scheduled for an onsite interview after 2 weeks. The onsite interview took 2 hours with 4 people. The first three interviews did involve technical questions. The technical questions are in average difficulty. The last interview is with the manager.
Met at career fair, completed quick coding challenge, had a phone screen with a project manager, then completed a two hour onsite interview with four company engineers at their offices.

Typical phone interview followed by an onsite with two tech interviews and you meet a few managers. Both the interviews and the manager meeting were friendly, professional, and well put together. The interview process itself was actually very positive. The reason my experience was negative was because they handled the salary in a very shady way. They kept trying to stall giving me an offer to see if they could get info about my other offers first. When they finally made an offer and I asked them to match my other offer, they retracted my offer citing that I was "overly concerned about pay"
